The work that protects the work. Seal coating, joint sand renewal, settling repair, and seasonal care — for the hardscape we built, and the hardscape we didn't.
— 01 / Fundamentals
Most premium hardscape installations fail for predictable reasons. Address these four and you'll add a decade — sometimes two — to the original install.
Surface debris traps moisture and breeds organic growth. A quick rinse keeps joints crisp.
Polymeric joint sand locks pavers and resists weeds, ants, and lift.
A premium sealer revives depth, repels stains, and adds a quiet, architectural sheen.
A single sunken paver is a 30-minute fix. Left alone, it becomes a project.

Seasonal Care
Each season asks something different of your hardscape. Here's the studio's calendar.
Initial sweep, pressure rinse, joint inspection. Address any frost-heaved pavers before the season starts.
Re-sand joints with polymeric stabilizer. Best window for seal coating (warm, dry, low humidity).
Leaf and debris removal. Final inspection before frost. Mark and document any settling for spring.
Snow contracts active. Use plastic shovels and approved de-icers — rock salt damages pavers and concrete.
